Happy New Year from Rawmarsh Foodbank!

As we begin a new year, we want to take a moment to reflect on everything we achieved together in 2025 and share what’s coming up for Rawmarsh Foodbank in 2026.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us – whether through donations, volunteering, partnerships, or simply spreading the word.

2025: A Year in Review ⭐

Thanks to your support, Rawmarsh Foodbank in 2025:

  • Provided over 800 food parcels to individuals and families facing crisis

  • Moved into a new warehouse, allowing us to store and distribute food more efficiently

  • Represented our community at Lobby Day and the Harvest Service in London, helping raise awareness of food insecurity at a national level

  • Delivered another successful Spread a Little Joy Christmas, helping bring comfort and dignity to the festive season
  • Ran a successful Tesco Winter Collection, helping secure vital food supplies for the months ahead

  • And so much more – made possible by our incredible volunteers, partners, and supporters

Every donation, every volunteer hour, and every conversation truly made a difference.

What to Expect When You Visit Rawmarsh Foodbank πŸ“

Β Β

Opening Time – We are open every Thursday from 4:30pm.

Food Vouchers – To receive food, you’ll need a foodbank voucher from a referral agency such as schools, housing teams, healthcare providers, or support organisations.

A Warm Welcome – When you arrive, our volunteers will greet you with kindness and respect. You’re welcome to sit down, have a warm drink, and talk if you’d like.

On-site Support Services – During our sessions, we have representatives available from:

  • Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB)

  • RMBC Housing

  • Rotherfed

They are here to offer guidance on benefits, housing, finances, and other concerns – helping address issues beyond food support.

Thank You

To our volunteers, donors, partners, and supporters – thank you for standing with us. Your compassion continues to make Rawmarsh a stronger, kinder community.

We look forward to supporting and working alongside you throughout 2026!
